About Simba
Hi, my name is Simba! I was found on a farm in Murray Bridge! I was dumped there as I was way too friendly to be a farm kitten. It was cold and wet and I got sick with cat flu. My foster carer got me all better and I'm finally ready for my furrever home!
I loooooove attention and cuddling up on laps. I was even purry for the vet! I love attention from my humans! I also love playing with the other fosters in the house and with toys! I'm sooo ready for my own home though, could that be with you?
My dream home is one where I can have lots of playtime and attention! I just want somewhere to call my very own!
Simba has been:
- Tried with older children and is great with them (is young enough that he'll be great with younger children as well)
- Is currently being introduced to a cat-friendly large breed dog and while still a little unsure will be fine with them given the right introductions
- Tried with cats and loves them
***To be kept strictly indoors or with access to a secure enclosure only***
Simba is approximately 13 weeks old and his adoption fee of $200 includes:
- Desexing
- 1st Vaccination
- Microchipping
- Flea and Worming treatments until date of adoption
- Litter training
- Socialisation
- An adoption pack with some of his current food, a carrier blanket, a set of toys and other goodies to get him started.
Simba is available to go home on the 10th of August and is available to meet at his foster carer's home at Murray Bridge. If you'd like to meet him, please fill out the following form (https://forms.gle/hadqmP3cVaDLviC9A) and his foster carer will be in touch with you as soon as possible to arrange a time to meet him!
Adoption details
Kittens and cats are adopted through their foster homes. Potential adopters are encouraged to contact Hisses to Purrs by phone, email or Facebook to arrange a meet and greet with the kitten they are interested in.
All kittens and cats are microchipped, vaccinated, desexed and parasite treated prior to adoption. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Pre-adoptions are available for adopters who wish to adopt a specific kitten or cat who has not reached weight for desexing, or who are awaiting their vet appointment. A minimum deposit can be made to pre-adopt a kitten awaiting their vet work. Kittens and cats remain in the care of Hisses to Purrs until desexing has occurred and in the case of female kittens and cats, until 5 days after desexing to give them time to heal.
All kittens and cats adopted through us must be kept indoors or have access to a secure cat enclosure. This is non-negotiable for the safety and health of our kittens and cats.
If you wish to adopt a cat or kitten, please fill out the adoption application form https://forms.gle/hadqmP3cVaDLviC9A
