About Theodore
š¤š¤ Theodore š¤š¤
Theodore and his 5 siblings came in as strays. There is Theodore, Tabitha, Tallulah, Milo, Lola and Monte. All of his siblings have found their forever homes, now itās Theodoreās turn!
Theodore is a gorgeous tabby with brown/ginger features, adorable white legs and a cute little brown nose with brown speckles on his cheek and chin. It looks like heās been munching on chocolate!
Theodore loves chasing and carrying his small ball or toys around the house. He really loves food!!!! In fact heās so food oriented, he may even be trainable with the right treats! After his belly is nice and full, he loves to curl up with his humans whilst kneading and suckling on fluffy blankets.
If he isnāt playing and chasing objects around the house then heās up on the couch or bed cuddled up on a blanket. Theodore is the loudest purrer and loves to cuddle. He gets along great with the resident cats and loves to play chasing with them around the house.
All of our cats and kittens are desexed, 1st vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm treated and lifetime registered with council.

Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption enquiry should be made via
https://form.jotform.com/shellys.place.rescue/adoption-enquiry
2. Once your application has been received, one of our volunteers will contact you for a phone interview. This is to determine whether one of our cats or kittens will be a good fit for your home. We all want long-term success in placing rescue animals, so finding the best fit for the animal AND the family is very important.
3. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place if the application is approved.
4. A Property check will take place via a video call (due to Covid restrictions). Once this has been successfully completed, adoption paperwork finalised and the adoption donation processed, the pet can be collected from foster care.
5. A 14 day settling-in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster care.
6. Adoption is finalised after 14 days. Paperwork/records will be included in an adoption pack.
7. All animals for adoption will be desexed, vaccinated, microchipped and treated monthly for fleas and intestinal worms. Once the adoption is finalised, the new owners are responsible for all vaccinations and preventative treatments.
As we are run entirely of volunteers we endeavour to respond to your enquiry as soon as we can. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to hold any animals. Please only apply if you are ready to adopt now.
