About Curly
Curly is a sweet Toy Poodle born 4th April 2015.
Curly is a lovely little man who loves nothing more than spending time with people. While he is a very sweet boy he can be a little shy at times and we feel that young children would be too much for him to be able to settle, so we are recommending a home with older children.
Curly seemed fine when testing with a calm female dog, however he did not like our large male who stood over him. His previous owner said that he would pick fights with their other male poodle. While he may enjoy having a play with calm female dogs we are recommending he be the only dog at home.
He showed no interest in cats or pocket pets and may be fine with them in a home environment, but as we only allow them to meet through a barrier we cannot be certain what he would be like if he were to see them running around.
Curly does show signs of separation anxiety and needs an owner who can be with him throughout the day.
Curly is such a loving man and wants nothing more than a home he can call his own and not have to worry about losing another family.
If you think you could be that furever family for Curly, please contact our friendly staff via email at ccacfpetadoptions@gmail.com or 0499 900 272 to organise a meet and greet.
Curly’s adoption fee is $800, and this includes his desexing, vaccinations and lifetime registration. He is also regularly treated for fleas and worms.
Curly is currently located in East Maitland.

Adoption details
If you are interested in adopting one of our animals, please contact us on 0499 900 272.
Staff will ask more about your lifestyle and the information you provide will helps us to achieve the best match between the dog or cat and their new home. We will also have certain adoption requirements that have to be approved prior to meeting the animal (eg fencing requirements, no young kids, etc)
Once all of your questions have been answered and adoption requirements met and approved, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the shelter in the Hunter Valley.
Should you have an existing dog in your life, we will require a meet and greet to ensure that they get along.
The final step (pending agreement by both parties) is the payment of the adoption fee and filling in of associated paperwork for your new furbaby.
Congratulations, you have now saved a life!
