About Griffin
QUIRKY AND APPEALING 5 YO BOY
Due to much discord and disharmony in five year old Griffin's household his heartbroken owners have come to the conclusion that Griffin just isn't happy living with four other house cats and would be much happier in a single cat home.
All Griffin wants to do is sit outside in his netted backyard and bask in the sunshine, watch the birds fly around and wish the other cats were on another planet!
Griffin is a very appealing and quirky black cat. On his own he is a sweet and engaging companion with mischievous green eyes. He loves his humans and will come when called. He loves mealtimes but hates when the other cats come in to eat too!
Having said that Griffin is truly a playful sweetie. There is no 'mean cat' in his DNA, he just doesn't like to share his space with other cats! Sometimes for all his bluster he's even a scaredy cat, fortunately really does love humans and especially to play. During the day, if its not too cold, he prefers to sit outside and commune with nature. Because of Griffin's love of the outdoors, and in order to help him become the contented cat he is supposed to be, it is imperative that he has a back yard and that it be an enclosed one for his safety. For exercise his previous owners had even started to train him to go walkies on a harness lead (at this stage a work in progress) drawing much amusement from passersby!
So have you got room in your heart for independent and cheeky Griffin and can you provide him with safe access to a yard or enclosure outside? Please make an enquiry today! He is kitty litter trained and will not damage your furniture if provided with scratch posts and boards nearby.
Griffin is a healthy male cat who enjoys raw kangaroo mince and a variety of canned foods. Due to stress he is also being fed Royal Canin Urwary 50 to keep his urine clear. He has been wormed, flea treated, vaccinated, desexed and microchipped (microchip #956000005602699, source #RE101165). Available for adoption right now!
