💖🌻 MEET MARSHA 🌻💖
My name is Marsha and I am looking for my forever family. I am a super loving girl and get so excited whenever I see my foster parents. Fun fact: I have no tail! I have a condition called Hyperesthesia but, with my medication, I am the happiest kitty in the world!
Nature
I am a very sweet cat. Whenever my foster parents come into my room, I get straight out of my bed and come and greet them. I love getting head boops and pats. I am very playful; would you believe my favourite toy is a ping pong ball?!
I have a chirp that I use to talk to my Foster Mum, especially if she isn’t quick enough to give me my food. I have to communicate somehow as I don’t have a tail!
Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
My Foster Mum has been teaching me some “getting along” skills and introducing me to other cats. I’m not a huge fan of the resident cats (they are a bit too bossy for me) but I will sit and observe them from a far. I need a very slow introduction to other cats and space to call my own.
When I get stressed out, my tail can bother me a little but I go to my safe space to chill out. I can get along with other cats as I share my bedroom with another calm foster cat. We like to sunbathe in front of the window together!
I have heard of this thing called a ‘dog’, apparently, we do have one at my foster home, but I haven’t met him.
Likes / Dislikes
I love my foster parents! The more pats from them the better. I like to watch the outside world through my window, particularly the birds that visit the backyard. I love sleeping in my box and playing with my toys.
My PURR-fect home would be one where I get lots of attention from my humans. I would be best suited to a home without other cats or possibly with an older, calm kitty. A family without young children or perhaps with older kids would be best. I need a safe place to retreat to when I am feeling stressed.
Perth Rescue Angels recommends all cats are indoor only, unless they have access to a secure cat enclosure.
If you would like to apply to adopt Marsha please come meet her at PETstock Rockingham adoption event this Saturday from 10am until 2pm. She will be ready to go home with the first suitable family.
**Please note we will not be accepting any online pre applications**

Adoption Fee: $75 reduced fee as a member of our November 2024 Lonely Hearts Club
Marsha's adoption fee includes vet check, sterilisation, vaccination*, microchip, flea and worm treatment.

Medical Notes: Marsha has a condition called Hyperesthesia Syndrome which causes her to bite her own tail if she gets highly stressed. As such part of her tail had to be removed. Her condition is currently under control and is requiring no treatment.
