Hi, my name is Kratos, sadly I’m in need of a new home through no fault of my own. My family circumstances have changed, so I need to find someone to adopt & love me.
I’m a lovely young boy who is full of energy, I am only 3 so I’m still very young, I pull on the lead a lot, I jump up on people and even though I lived with a 2 year old little girl it would be best if I went to a home with older children because I can knock young ones over, I was good with the young girl I lived with but she wouldn’t leave me alone and annoyed me enough for me to try and get away from her.
I don’t take food gentle, I snatch it, which is another reason I shouldn’t go to a home with young children. However, when I was having my behaviour assessment I sat for the food bowl and stayed until I was told OK to eat, the food bowl was removed from me twice without any problems and then given back for me to finish my snack, which was very nice I might add!
I need to go to obedience school so I can learn not to pull on the lead, not to jump up on people and all the other basic skills that are taught. I love tug of war but won’t let go unless you offer me food, I love all toys and could easily be taught to release them if you train me.
I don’t like my paws touched, in fact I was very wriggly whilst my assessment was being completed, so body touch wasn’t very successful. I’m not scared of storms or loud noises, I didn’t scare on any of the startle testing, I’m good with other dogs although because I get excited and haven’t been taught manners so this could cause issues with other dogs.
I don’t mind the car, but I pant, even though I was driven all the way to NSW once, I think it’s more that I get excited to where I’m going
I hate cats and will chase them if they are on the street or try and enter my back garden.
So, if you think you can offer me a good forever home where you’ll be able to give me all the above in return, I will give you all the love and loyalty you could ask for!
