About Tasman
HC1959 Tasman
Tasman has returned to SAFE Hedland after escaping foster care 12 months ago - he's lived life on his own terms ever since and recently got himself trapped and brought into the vets.
He is in very good condition and health despite living rough for 12 months. A real rich, rusty red colour - this boy is a stunner.
A scan revealed he was chipped to SAFE & now we are requiring an indoor adoptive home resembling Fort Knox for this ginger Houdini.
19 months of age - he is a slow burn and can be unsure - not hissing - we have witnessed him push his head forward for more scratches and pats. Even climbing onto his carer's bed for a cuddle.
A good looking ginger male; short to medium coat; Tasman has been desexed and chipped - if you have a quiet home and the patience to allow Tasman to unwind and begin to appreciate 100% indoor domestic life - please contact us at SAFE Hedland.
More photos to come - each day he is becoming more confident and venturing out for attention and pats - but will retreat to his safe space when he has had enough loving and attention. Tasman is in care with kittens and now Weasley - to try and boost his confidence - it is working and Tasman has begun to play with the kittens and show interest in them.
Please email Rachel at hedland.cats@safe.org.au if you'd like to know more about Tasman 🐾
