About Cleo
Cleo has a great temperament, is playful and will keep you company around the house. She's a smart girl and will benefit from ongoing training. When walking on the lead she does pull in excitement so it's best to use the Halti nose harness. Cleo is toilet-trained, sits and shakes before mealtime, and sits before crossing the road. She doesn't bark, and is a quiet and sweet girl. She loves to chew her toys and sticks. Cleo enjoys the dog park and beach where she's learning how to swim. Another dog in the home would be a great companion and playmate for Cleo or a home where people are around for the most part and include good socialisation for her at the dog park, beach and doggie day care.
Cleo is super smart and responses well to training. She can sit, stay, wait for her food, drop/down, shake her paw. When walking she will stop at the curb & wait until told to cross. Cleo weighs 18kg so is on the small side of the breed.
Cleo loves cuddles and play time, games, toys, people and dogs. She is an all round beauty!
As we have no information about her temperament around cats, homes without cats please.
Adoption details
Animals are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, wormed and on heartworm prevention / and also FIV tested for cats where possible. They are not available for adoption outside NSW (except ACT). Please email par.adoptions@gmail.com if you would like further information.
Dogs and cats are rehomed on two weeks trial to ensure that both the person adopting them and the rescuer are satisfied that the dog / cat / animal is happy and adapting well to their new home and this can be extended on request
Please be aware that Paws and Recover is run by volunteers who also work. We endeavour to answer enquires as quickly as possible. Some animals will inevitably be very popular and will generate many enquires. Where there is a high volume of enquires received, it will be our priority to contact those that best fit the requirements of the animal. This may mean that it is not possible for all enquires to be answered. Please keep an eye on the website for all updates.
Providing quality information as a part of your enquiry including information about your home environment, family, work hours, other pets and what you are looking for in a companion animal along with what you can offer one will greatly assist.
Please always provide a contact phone number as a part of your enquiry.
