Hi, I'm Zinsser!

I'm a confident gangly teenager but act like a bit of a toddler sometimes, I just want to be part of everything and touch everything. I have been learning basic commands and learning manners, I would like someone who is happy to keep up with my ongoing training. I am toilet trained and will tell you if I need to go out. I weigh about 29kg.

I am a mixture of things – maremma sheepdog and labrador retriever with a little bit of bullmastiff, boxer and beauceron thrown in there.

I'm a lean young man but very shiny and strong, not overly food motivated but like to graze during the day, I will definitely accept treats though. I really like large chews and goat horns!

My physical appearance might look big and strong and because I have a big deep growl and bark it might deter intruders, but I'm actually a big softy – I would prefer to be a mainly inside dog but happy to spend some times outside.

I loooooove playing with dogs! I did get told that I need to remember I'm not little but I am practicing with the little Jack Russel that lives here too and now I think I'm pretty good at that. I think that if I have a new brother or sister I would really like that.

I am learning to walk on the lead. When I have a harness or normal lead on, I tend to pull a lot because that is what I was used to doing. I now have a halti harness and it reminds me to walk nicely.

I'm confident with cats when I am standing behind someone. Sometimes I get stuck in a room because the cat here sits in the doorway and I can't get out though.

Kids, kids, kids! I just want their attention. I will lean on people when they are patting me so maybe a sturdier frame child would be better, but otherwise I am pretty gentle once you get to know me. I am pretty excited to see everyone, but also love to chill out with people. I would probably like someone who is home a lot so I can be part of the action.

All in all, I'm just a big lover who wants to find a family to love me back as much and include me in their family!
