About Wilma
Hi Mum and Dad,
it's great that you are looking to adopt me because I've been in foster care and now starting to look for you and hoping you will want me. I've been called Wilma, I'm from an inland North Queensland property and was surrendered when my people moved away.
I'm only three years old, I am full of love and life and would love it if you have a farm where I can be your general farm girl. I really just want to be with my people and help out with everything they are doing. I did have another family in mind - maybe I can be your tradie doggo. I can come to work with you and help out minding the tools, sharing the lunches and making people feel good.
Foster dad describes me as his furry best mate, says I'd make a great all round farm or property dog. I'm great at everything that he asks me to do but I not real keen on being a worker - more of a PA. He wants you to know that I am not suited to the burbs, I'm a property dog only, need a bit of elbow room.
I've been around children and they love me, I also love them especially when they play running and chasing games with me. I've got all the basic training commands that you will need to use on me well memorised so we can maybe improve a bit on that together.
I guess the one thing that you need to be aware of is that I need a bit of time to warm up to people but once we bond together then we are sweet and I'll be your girl forever.
So, I guess its over to you now. If your looking for a furry bestie who will be there for you then get that adoption questionnaire filled out and we could be walking the paddocks together before you know it.
