About Oreo
*In foster care in Waterloo 2017*
Oreo is a sweet, friendly, gentle, playful kitten. He loves food, playing with his sister Alaska (also available for adoption) and cuddling with his foster carer.
When not playing with his sibling he loves to follow his foster carer around and cuddling on the couch at night or in bed in the morning.
He is definitely interested in what is going on outdoors and likes to sit on the cat tower or the screen door keeping an eye on what is going on.
He loves playing with a soft woollen ball and can often be seen running around with one in his mouth.
My ideal home: I think I would fit into most homes, single person, couple, family or friend group. I am easy going so as long as I get cuddles I will be happy. I have always lived with my sibling so a friendly feline friend would be great.
My energy level: Typical kitten energy. I like to race around in the morning followed by an afternoon nap. Then I'm ready for more play in the late afternoon before cuddles on the couch.
My suitability to children: I haven't met any children but I think I would like children, as long as small children understand I'm still a kitten and can be a bit boisterous at times. Generally though I'm very gentle in my play.
My suitability to other cats or dog: I love my sister and I would like other gentle cats. I haven't met any dogs yet but I think I could get along with a friendly dog.
Adoption details
We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form. https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870
Please use these links rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
