About Norman
Meet our Sweetheart,” Norman”.
Norman is gorgeous, sweet, nervous boy who need a loving family to slowly grow his confidence in the big world outside. Norman is afraid of new people but will warm and bond to “His” family. He is a total smooch to those he is familiar with and try and hide from those he isn’t. He is the sweetest boy who really does deserve to have a family. Norman gets very shaky in new situations and when around new people; we have had his shakes examined and it is all nervous reactions.
Norman loves other dogs, and we feel it would be best for him to join a family with a calm and confident doggy sibling for Norman to learn off. He also likes cats and would be fine with gentle children that are dog savvy.
Norman isn’t a big barker like a lot of Beagles, and he will have decent recall when he has bonded with you. If you are a warm, loving, and patient family looking for a sweet family dog Norman would love to meet you. He has nice manners, knows how to sit, wait for food, is house trained, and sleeps in his crate at night. Norman is a real sweetheart who will make you fall in love with his sweet nature.
A condition of our adoption agreement is that all dogs adopted from Chally MUST be put through obedience training, if you cannot meet this commitment please do not apply. All our dogs deserve the chance to be the very best they can be, and we will choose homes that will ensure this is the case.

• You have a secure yard
• Norman will not be alone for more than 4hrs
• You will allow Norman to be part of the family, have a doggy friend for him and will allow him access to indoors.
• You WILL enrol him in obedience training
• You WILL provide him with daily exercise AND mental stimulation.
Applications with extensive details on the lifestyle you will offer will be considered. Please include your experience with beagle breed dogs and the name of the obedience school you will be taking him to.

Our adoption process is as follows:
1) Animal is listed on PetRescue
2) Applications are received
3) The application which we feel offers the best-suited home to the pet is contacted for first preference of a meet and greet to see if they 'click' with the animal.
We do not follow a first-in, first-served process and only consider applications completed via our online form.
Due the popularity of some dogs - and the fact that our rescue is run entirely by volunteers - we cannot guarantee that all unsuccessful applicants will be notified, however we will do our best.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
