River

Tough guy with a heart of gold

Don’t let Rivers tough exterior fool you, he really is just a softie at heart.
River is a real character, he knows what he wants and will tell you. When he wants pats, he will climb on your lap and shove his head under your hand. When he wants a brush, he will stare intently at his brush. When he wants to play, he will sit next to his toy of choice until you pick it up. You get the picture.

River does enjoy a game, but he’s super lazy a quick burst of energy followed by a flop on the floor to bat the toys around from a reclined position. Feather toys, ribbons on a stick are his favourite and he may even muster a bum wiggle and pounce combo if the time is right. He is still learning that hands and feet are not toys, so having a selection of toys that separate skin from the action is a must.

River would prefer a quiet home with a consistent routine, where he will be strictly indoors, no children and most definitely no other pets.
If you are a couch potato like River and would like some company for your next Netflix marathon, he may just be the man for the job.
