About Ruby
When Ruby came into foster care, she was a very timid 4-month old kitten who had been living in a car park. In care, she has flourished and now really enjoys spending time with her foster family.
Ruby is still wary of new people but once she gains her confidence, she will climb on to your lap, sit on the couch next to you (so she’s in arms reach of pats) and curl up on the end of your bed. Ruby just needs a loving, quiet home with a gentle and patient owner to become fully confident. She would therefore be best suited to a single person or couple. However, her foster family has 3 tween-aged kids and Ruby enjoys their pats when they are quiet and calm!
Ruby is still a kitten and really enjoys playing. She especially loves playing with her carers cats, so joining a home with another young cat would be fabulous. However, she is also very independent and can entertain herself with some fun toys.
Ruby is also not fazed by the foster carers dog!
Ruby is a quiet cat, with a cute little meow and lovely soft purr. She has a stunning calico coat.
Please get in touch if you’d like to meet her!
Medical notes
Ruby has been desexed, vaccinated, microchipped and FIV tested (negative).
Ruby was treated for a skin infection and the fur on her head & neck was trimmed. It is now growing back.
