About Oscar
There is never a dull moment with beautiful Oscar in your life. He is a 17 month old German Shorthaired Pointer. It is impossible not to fall in love with this boy.
He is well behaved, playful, loving and patient, and is a keeper in every single way. Oscar loves playing with toys, although doesn't mind destroying them as that's part of the fun! He will chase after a toy and bring it back, with often a little bit of tug a war to get it off him.
He also adores playing with other dogs, and can win over even the grumpiest of dogs. He is wonderful with children of all ages, although his tail can pack a bit of a punch when it hits you.
Oscar will sit and wait for his food before you say okay, and usually comes when called. Being a puppy still, he does require a person/people who are committed to continuing his training, especially on the lead (he is very strong), to make him the best boy he can be.
He is very food motivated and will do anything for a treat. He loves to be with his humans and snuggle on the couch with you. However he will require a decent amount of exercise. An active person, couple or family would best suit Oscar, and he would prefer to have a female doggie playmate, as he can get a bit upset when left alone, but with a doggie mate he is fine.
He is one of the most entertaining dogs you will find, and being his foster mum, it will be very difficult to see him go. He has made my life richer and he has so much love to give. He really does deserve the best people in the world.
