Yuna

Hi there, Yuna here, did you see my pictures? Am I just the most gorgeous girl ever - foster mum tells me every day so must be true. I'm nearly two, love playing, love all dogs, love people, love life and I am one happy girl.

I want to be with a person or family who need me. Need me to help with their happiness, to help with their exercise, to help with their social game, to help on nights when their day has been helpless.

I would like it if my person or one of my new family members worked from home but if I have another dog to play with, well then you can go to work some days. I am clever so I would like to continue my training, maybe even try some cool dog sports. I'm fine in the burbs or the country but will need proper fencing. I love running down the beach and racing through the bush so maybe a country lifestyle would be awesome.

I lost my home and my family in the recent floods so I have been sad and scared and nervous. My time in rescue has been a bit stressful to start but now I am settled and showing everyone how resilient I am for all that I have been through.

I have a little bit of separation anxiety but it gets less every day the more settled I am into my foster homes routine. I am awesome off lead and on. You can take me down the beach ad play ball with me from dawn till dusk and i'll always bring it back for you. I love to do zoomies so I need a path where I can set up a track. I love kids but as I' m a zoomer, maybe little tiny ones are not right for me right now as I may bowl them over.

My training has been great, I am house trained, crate trained, do all the basic commands, have good recall, love the car and behave well in it. I would benefit greatly from being pushed a little harder into some agility work, I have shown potential for scent work and I really love the look of flyball. My person or family will need to dedicate training time to me because I am clever and only constantly stretching my brain will keep my clever collie side happy.
