Patches is a real sweetie. When he first arrived into care, he was a little nervous and unsure of new people - and even new toys! However he is getting more and more comfortable in his surroundings as time goes on, though can still be scared of sudden movements. Given this, he might best suit a calmer home with older kids (teens and up) or an adult home. Patches is a quiet boy (so not a guard dog!) and has great house manners; he doesn't bother you while you are cooking in the kitchen or eating your meal. You can pat him while he's eating with no issue. He is toilet trained and will take himself outside to go.

Patches is incredibly gentle and sweet, especially when introducing himself to his canine friends - so he would make a great addition to a home with a dog in residence already. He loves to play with other dogs.

Patches is really smart and is an active, energetic fella, always ready for a game of fetch or a walk to stretch his legs and learn about the outside world. He is curious of other animals but doesn't seem to have any aggression with them. He loves a smooch and cuddle any time you want to give them to him!

MEDICAL NOTES
Adoption fee includes vet check, vaccination, microchip (including transfer of ownership fee), flea and worm treatment and sterilisation.

ADOPTION NOTES
Our adoption process for the successful applicant includes a meet and greet, (including your own dog if applicable), a home check (or photos of your yard and fencing to be supplied to us if not local), and a two week trial period to ensure your chosen dog is the right fit for your home.

All adoption fees must be deposited into our SAFE Bunbury bank account in full before adoption trial starts (we cannot accept cash). The Adoption Agreement will be emailed to the selected applicant in advance of meeting your chosen dog.

After the adoption trial period has been completed we arrange transfer of ownership of the dog's microchip to the new owner, and email out the vet records.
