Zalia is a beautiful gentle girl who just wants to be with you. She thinks everyone is her friend and will look for a pat from anyone she meets. She loves to shower you with kisses. She enjoys a walk, but is definitely not high energy. She enjoys morning zoomies in the yard, and then is quite content just snoozing the day away.

She makes the best snuggle buddy! She will chase a ball if that is really important to you, but will likely abandon that idea fairly quickly in favour of cuddles and a nap. She has unfortunately had a bit of a hard start in life, and was underfed when she came into care. She has been steadily gaining weight, but could use some ongoing training with manners at meal time.

She would best suit a home where someone is around a decent amount of time, or a home where there is another doggy buddy to keep her company in your absence. She was fine when introduced to a cat and hasn’t reacted to ducks or other dogs when on a walk. I think she would make a good family dog as she has such a gentle nature, but doesn’t realise how big she is, so probably wouldn’t suit very young children.
