*Vaccination -( Dustin has had his 6week vaccine and his 10week vaccine. He requires his final vaccine at 14weeks, which is at the new owners cost)

*Hills vet essentials puppy food

Expression of interest form is required to be filled in and a meet and greet will then be arranged.
