Basil

Meet our beautiful new intake, 7 week old Basil. Basil came to us via a member of the public - they had come across who they suspected to be his mum and siblings - who had been hit and killed on a rod in Port. Basil made it to safety and followed 2 domestic cats into their cat flap and indoors. The owners of the adult cats could t take in a kitten and hey presto - welcome Basil.

Very shy to begin with - once this boy is held and cuddled; he relaxes and begins to purr - reaching out for more pats if you stop. He's a very pretty grey tabby boy; in care with kitten ProudHeart and 6 month old Pipsqueak. Basil is now ready for meets and greets and will be ready for his new home in about 2 weeks time; after his first vet visit and health check.
