Adoption information
I've been adopted!
About Koonya 34496 Campbelltown ACF
- Active, affectionate girl
- Suitable to meet kids 12+
- Open to meet other dogs
- Approx. 24kgs
Hi, let me introduce myself, my name is Koonya!
Unfortunately my previous owners were unable to continue to care for me, so they made the decision to surrender me. I was definitely a bit uneasy to start with, but with some dedication from my carers I was able to blossom into the wonderful girl that I am today.
My carers believe it would be best for me to be housed with people who have owned dogs before. I can be nervous around new surroundings, so owners willing to help me through those obstacles would be a bonus.
I am opened to meet slightly older kids, little kids can be a bit scary, one minute they are there, the next they’re gone!
I am a pretty self-sufficient dog, so I am sure if you work full time or have a busy life style I would be okay, just as long as my physical and mental needs are being meet daily!
I may be middle aged, but I still have boundless energy! I definitely get excitable when its walk time and get my zoomies on. So I will need a little training in that department to allow me to gain some manners. I tend to walk nicely once I've got some of my zoomies out.
I can sometimes be a chatter box, especially when my carers aren’t paying me attention. You’re telling me I can’t be centre of attention? I just like to talk you see, saying hello to my carers and saying hello to neighbouring dogs! You can’t blame me, I have a lot to say right?
