IMP 795 “CAM” is a beautiful big American Staffy mix who is approximately 2 to 3 years of age. He originally came to us as a microchipped stray however his owner never came to reclaim him. He has been in our care for nearly a month and has been an absolute delight to have at the shelter. He adores people and is extremely food motivated. Unfortunately Cam has Solar Dermatitis which is common in white dogs however we are treating his condition with antibiotics and his skin should heal with time. He will need to be in a home that will keep him out of the sun during peak exposure times in summer and someone who will commit to his potentially ongoing veterinary needs. Poor Cam also had to undergo a scrotal ablation as he had a haemangioma which needed to be removed. He is recovering at the shelter and is on bed rest for the next few days . We would really love to see Cam go to a caring home as he has such a huge heart with so much love to give. His personality is as big as him and he likes the other dogs in our shelter. Cam does not like cats so would need to be separated from them if you own one. His adoption fee is $408 which includes desexing, microchipping, vaccination, registration and worm and flea treatment.
