About Milo
Poor Milo was found wandering the streets all by himself, and had presumably been living that way for a little while.
Unfortunately, since he first arrived at the shelter, it has been quite clear that Milo is very stressed and simply shut down in this environment. While we would usually expect to have seen some improvement in this time, he does not seem to be progressing despite our best efforts.
Our hope is that if we can get Milo into a home environment, he will be able to decompress and with some time and dedication, his personality will begin to come out.
He will need a number of visits at the shelter with his potential adopters before going home, and will require a quiet, adult-only home with ideally one or two owners who have had experience owning huskies in the past.
Milo really needs to be rehomed with another dog, preferably another husky or other arctic breed.
