Hi! My name is Higgins. I have been in foster care to build up my confidence, I've really come a long way and can't wait to find my forever home. I was very shy to begin with, but as I slowly got more comfortable I started to show my loving personality. I'm quite a chatty boy, always talking to my foster family, following them around like a little shadow and purring lovingly around them. Pats are my favourite thing, and I also love belly rubs too! If you have an open lap, I'll want to come snuggle up and get some cuddles in. I've been getting much better with being picked up, but am still getting used to it, so may try to get away quickly. I'd really love to join a family with another animal, my foster cat and dogs siblings really helped me come out of my shell and I really like to play and cuddle with them. New environments and noises may still startle me a bit, but give me my own space where I'll be happy, let me explore, give me pats and food and I'll be your new best friend in no time!
