About Finn
Hi, my name is Finn! I was found in a shed at Mount Barker with my brother Jake and handed into a vet before being transferred to Hisses to Purrs.
I have to say, that I really prefer being indoors than in that shed! I love human attention and sitting on laps for a pat while purring away loudly. I love playing as well, whether that be by myself with toys or with my brother Jake and foster sibling Jacko! I especially love chasing wand toys around! My foster carer says she gets endless entertainment from my crazy playful moods where I'll get the zoomies and jump and run around. I also love playing with my foster carer's 5 and 7 year old grand kids!
My dream home is with someone who can give me loads of attention and cuddles and possibly a kitty friend to play with. I definitely want a lap of my own to sit on that's for sure! If I could go home with my brother Jake that would be even better!
Finn has been:
- Tried with 5 and 7 year old children and was fine with them
- Tried with cats and are great with them
- Untried with dogs (would prefer a home without dogs)
***To be kept indoors or with access to a secure enclose only***
Finn is approximately 5 months old and his adoption fee of $200 includes:
- Desexing
- 1st Vaccination
- Microchip
- Flea and worming treatments up to date of adoption
- Litter training
- Socialisation
- An adoption pack with some of his current wet and dry food, a carrier blanket, a set of toys and other goodies to get him started.
Finn is available to meet at his foster carer's home at Coromandel Valley.

Adoption details
Kittens and cats are adopted through their foster homes. Potential adopters are encouraged to contact Hisses to Purrs by phone, email or Facebook to arrange a meet and greet with the kitten they are interested in.
All kittens and cats are microchipped, vaccinated, desexed and parasite treated prior to adoption. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Pre-adoptions are available for adopters who wish to adopt a specific kitten or cat who has not reached weight for desexing, or who are awaiting their vet appointment. A minimum deposit can be made to pre-adopt a kitten awaiting their vet work. Kittens and cats remain in the care of Hisses to Purrs until desexing has occurred and in the case of female kittens and cats, until 5 days after desexing to give them time to heal.
All kittens and cats adopted through us must be kept indoors or have access to a secure cat enclosure. This is non-negotiable for the safety and health of our kittens and cats.
If you wish to adopt a cat or kitten, please fill out the adoption application form https://forms.gle/hadqmP3cVaDLviC9A
