Hi!

My name is Ari, and I am on the lookout for my furever home!

I can be a bit shy at times and am sometimes unsure of new people, so I would love a family that is willing to take their time with me to help build up my confidence. Due to my shyness, I would prefer to go to a quiet, mature and consistent household with no children under 16.

I would like to meet all my future family members to make sure we are a perfect match before I go home with you.

I am best suited to a quiet and calm household as I can get overwhelmed with loud noises and too many people in my space. If I feel overwhelmed I like to leave and have some alone time in my crate/safe space, that's why it is important that I have access to indoors and outdoors at home.

As I am a special dog, I require an experienced owner that can read my body language and respect my boundaries - I ask you have patience with me as I am still gaining my confidence and need slow introductions to new things.

I have had social walks and have a few doggy friends at shelter, when I'm comfortable I love to play and have fun. Please bring along your own dog if you have one so we can be introduced by our staff who will observe our body language and make sure we are both comfortable with the interaction.
