Blaze ~ 4mo Mastiff X(On Trial 6/8/22)

Set your world on fire with BLAZE! This little cutie will melt your heart, 16 week old Mastiff x full of so much joy. He is a chilled little man, estimated to grow to roughly 25-30kgs; who is independent enough to explore the world around him and meet new friends but still loves a snuggle at the end of the day.

He is currently happy to be sharing his foster home with a large Dog and indoor cat but also content to be left alone for hours at a time without being destructive. Toilet trained and learning basic commands. Blaze knows sit, down, shake, wait and very quickly picks up new skills. Blaze loves to play, tug of war, fetch and chasing his foster brother around the yard. Happy with indoor or outdoor environments, currently sleeping indoors and crate trained.

Being a puppy he is still learning not to be too mouthy and would be ideally be suited to a family without small children who can help him continue his training. He will grow into quite a medium sized but strong dog, so please consider your circumstances both now and in the long term and do some research on what is involved in caring for, living with and training dogs prior to submitting an application.

Training is critical for Blaze to grow in to the best dog he can be. As Blaze is a strong breed, you will need to commit to puppy training and ongoing socialisation and training using positive reinforcement to ensure bad habits and manners don’t develop. Blaze is a very responsive pup who is eager to please and easy to reward.

Blaze is microchipped, vaccinated (second vaccination is included in adoption fee), treated for fleas and worms and desexing is also covered as part of the adoption fee.

As Blaze is not yet desexed, he is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and Port Stephens because he will need to be returned to a DRN approved vet for desexing when he is approximately 6 months old. Please NO out of area applications.
