I've been adopted!
About Clover 34486 Campbelltown ACF
- Breed experience needed
- Open to meet calm, mature dogs
- Open to meet children
- Loves toys and food
Clover is a beautiful German Shepherd who has obviously been well trained and loved in her previous household. She is mature and comfortable around people. She would be open to meet children.
Her new owner will need to have experience with German Shepherds, as they have certain needs that need to be met to ensure they are stimulated both mentally and physically. A medium to large sized yard with 6foot secure fencing would be best for Clover, and access to come inside to be with the family when they’re home.
Clover may be okay with another dog who is mature like herself, and would need to meet them before being adopted. She is very food and toy motivated which makes enrichment and training very fun! She walks well on lead and already knows some commands such as sit, down and shake paws.
German Shepherds have a double coat so she would need regular brushing, and professional grooming in summer to shed her undercoat. She has obviously had previous issues with fly-bite on her ears, so during the warmer seasons this will need to monitored and prevented to ensure there isn’t further damage done to her ears.
If you meet these requirements and would like to see Clover in person please submit an Expression of Interest below.
