Rudy

Rudy is a beautiful (approx.) 2 year old staffy x bulldog x beagle! He has got the nose of a beagle, the love and affection of a staffy and the playfulness of a bulldog! Rudy really got the best traits of all his breeds and still only weighs in at around 16kg. Which in our opinion - means he can still pass as a lap dog! He is such a playful boy, with a lot of heart and is ready and waiting to give cuddles in his new forever home. Rudy loves his food which means he is very easily trainable but will require time and patience to be taught new skills that he has not yet learnt in life. He has already mastered the sit and wait for his food!

Rudy’s ideal forever home:
Rudy would be best suited in a home with a fenced yard and a canine companion that he can play with! He loves other dogs and to have room to run. His new home will need to be able to offer love and patience so that Rudy can continue to learn his basic commands and adapt to life in a stable home environment. He finds fluffy felines quite interesting and therefore would not suit a home that has cats or other pocket pets. As he is still young, his new home will need to be reasonably active and able to exercise Rudy regularly.

Rudy’s story:
Rudy was rescued by us from the Taree pound as he unfortunately was not claimed or adopted after being impounded. He was brought in at the same time as one of our other rescues – McScruffin! Not much is known about his life prior to this but since he has been in the care of his wonderful foster home, his personality has been able to shine and he has proven himself to be a loving boy that is so happy to have his second chance at life.
