About Mia
We are at Cat-pacity - adoption fee reduced to $15.
Stunning Mia loves nothing more than to sit back and take the world in from the comforts of her soft bed or possibly a warm lap. She can find new surroundings a little overwhelming at first, but given some gentle TLC and encouragement she soon adjusts. She is currently carrying a little bit of weight around her waist, so she will require a little less of fine dining that she has come accustomed to, and a little more of the light diet to help her reach a healthy weight.
Mia is a slightly older than some of the other cats but please don't let that deter you. She will make a great pet for the right person however she may soon require veterinary treatment for diseases of old age such as arthritis and heart disease. With her unique looks and smoochy loving nature, Mia is one of a kind!
Adoption details
Taking on a pet is a long-term commitment. Before adopting it is essential to research what type of animal would best suit your home and lifestyle.
All animals waiting for a new home can be found on the shelter website, or by visiting the shelter in person. All animals available for adoption are ready to be adopted straight away.

In response to the current COVID-19 pandemic, Campaspe Animal Shelter is making some operational changes, in place from Friday, 27 March.
Our team of staff and volunteers will continue to care for all animals at the shelter. Access to our services will now be by appointment only:
- Adoptions
Monday to Friday we will have two sessions a day available
10am – 12pm and 2pm – 4pm
Saturday and Sunday
10am – 12pm
- All other services such as, surrenders, stray animals, reclaims and microchipping
o Monday to Thursday 10am – 6pm
o Friday 10am – 4.45pm
o Saturday 9am – 1pm
o Sunday and public holidays 10am – 12.30pm
