About Maya
In need of a calming furry presence in your home? Model Maya is the gentle and calm kitty you need in your life... And look at those stunning green eyes!
Maya is quiet, friendly, and happy to hang out at home alone while her humans are at work. This sweet girl is extra snuggly in the winter and adores sitting on laps or the bed. She loves chin scratches and snuggles, but being picked up is a no, thank you.
This low-maintenance cutie loves snuggling up to her people with her special polar fleece blanket or on her human’s dressing gown! She also likes being outdoors. Her funny little quirk is that she loves the smell of coffee and playing with the coffee grounds.
Maya is litter trained and loves being outdoors - a safe outdoor area is ideal for this little explorer. She is more active in the warm weather and likes to snooze more during winter.
This sweetheart is used to living with two kids and two dogs. She is good with kids who will give her space and wait for her to come to them - bigger kids are her preference. She also likes gentle doggos and doesn’t have much experience with other cats. She has a sweet nature, so she should be fine with a slow introduction.
Maya usually eats a raw diet with a side of biscuits, although she isn’t fussy with her food.

When enquiring about a pet listed with Home2Home, your enquiry goes directly to the pet’s owner - the person who knows them best!
It’s a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the pet, including its likes and dislikes, needs, and how it may fit into your lifestyle and family.
From here, the owner will be in touch with you to chat a bit more about their pet, and if they feel your home is the best fit, they will arrange a ‘meet and greet’ for you all to get to know each other.
Should this prove successful, arrangements will be made for the pet to move straight from its current home into yours upon payment of the adoption fee.
The adoption fee is paid directly to PetRescue (via a secure payment link), and assists us to continue to run and develop programs to assist pet owners, just like Home2Home.
Change of Ownership paperwork will be completed, vetwork history will be provided and your new family member will be snuggled on your couch in no time!
