ABOUT RASPBERRY

Raspberry is as sweet as pie ! She's just a big cuddly baby. She loves nothing more than to snuggle on the couch with you at night, and cuddle under the blankets. She enjoys the finer things in life - sleep in's, sleeping in the bed with her human foster brothers, afternoon walks, and food - man does she love her food ! She is learning to go outside to toilet, we have a few accidents but she will hold through the entire night (10pm to 6am). She loves he foster fur siblings, they are much much older than her so she is learning to be patient and gentle with the older furs. She loves to play games with her fur brother Norm, he's 14 so small bouts of play and he will put her in her place when she gets a bit rough. She also loves to cuddle up in bed with her fur pug sister Penny. Penny is 16 and deaf so she enjoys having someone to alert her when the fridge or food wrappers are opening. She loves her human foster brothers, particularly the smallest one (2 years) although he can be a little too much - because he just loves her so much (a little too much) sometimes - we are teaching safe play with both Raspberry and Mr 2 - cause they both get a bit excited with each other sometimes. Raspberry is learning many things- toileting, walking on lead, not jumping up on everyone, and space around the dinner table. She can get upset (cry/ bark) when placed outside( mostly while the kids eat cause she is a pro at snatching snacks out of little fingers). We are trying to be consistent in providing regular outside time (10-15min intervals) so she learns to regulate on her own for short periods. She is totally ok on her own when we leave the house for up to 4/5 hours if she has lots of toys to keep her occupied. She is great dog for a family, or anyone who is looking for a loving companion. We feel so blessed to foster Raspberry and to help her find her perfect family

Puppy Behaviour- with puppy behaviour it is important to set boundaries and use consistent training to avoid creating bad habits. Puppy School is recommended- but not necessary.
