Jasper (M / 1 year) – Foster Care needed with the view to Adopt

We were approached by another rescue to help with Jasper and of course we said YES!

This darling boy has not had a very good start in life. He was found in a home with his deceased owner and we think it had been at least a few days. Since then he has bounced around between pound and foster carers.

Jasper is a typical teenager who is full of life and energy and love to give. He enjoys playing with toys, but his favourite game is soccer with people! He would need a nice big backyard to have a good run around in and play with toys or, of course, play soccer.

Jasper loves going for car rides and will sit in the backseat, taking in the view. Given his age and exuberance level he will require ongoing training to learn all his boxer manners. He is a friendly guy that loves other dogs but would need a dog with same energy level. He can be the only dog but that means you will be doing a lot of playing in the backyard!

Jasper is a boy who loves to sit next to you and cuddle into you and even sometimes try and get on your lap and sneak in a kiss or two. He is a bit goofy and will need to be with older children as he might knock over a little one. He is toilet trained and is happy to go into his crate when it is time for the family to go to bed.

He does have "cherry eye" which is a condition of eye gland prolapse that we will be treating during his time in foster care.
