Meeko 💙

Meeko is a 1 year old, fluffy, gentle giant looking for a home filled with love. Meeko has adapted well to his foster home and is coming out of his shell more every day. Meeko is quite shy and will do best in a quiet home. He has shown little interest in the other cats in his foster home but has had no problems with them either. Meeko is quite frightened of dogs and would be best in a home either without dogs or with calm, small dogs that will give him his space. Meeko has responded best to being allowed to come out and explore and seek out affection in his own time, and being given his own safe space away from people and other animals.
Meeko will require a family dedicated to maintaining his beautiful, thick coat, brushing it daily to ensure it does not become matted and uncomfortable for him. Meeko has bonded most with his foster carer during his grooming sessions and excitedly runs to her side when he sees the brush.
Meeko will also require an indoor-only home. As a highly-desired breed Meeko faces even further dangers in the outside world than a regular breed, and is still healing from minor injuries resulting from his previous life in the outside world. Meeko is eagerly awaiting the perfect family to live out a long and happy life with. Could this be with you?
