Baxter

Well hello there. My name is Baxter - a sweet and social little gentleman who loves to be by people's sides. I'm a big fan of gentle pats, sunny walks, and having a human friend to help me feel safe.

I'm at my happiest if I'm allowed inside and feel like I'm a part of the family. It means that I can potter about and check in with everyone and see how they're going! While I'm not a big fan of being picked up, I love to jump into people's laps and soak up all the love and finger scratches. Don't you worry, I'll let you know if you find a spot that I love!

While I'm an older boy I still love going out for walks and enjoying the sun with the people around me. I love to stop, smell the roses, and (of course) make sure I get plenty of pats along the way.

If there are any teens at home, I'd love to meet them! And I'd love to meet any other dogs before I come home to make sure we get along.
