Because Calais is ready for all the adventures and fun life has to offer.
Not for the faint hearted Calais has a lot of spunk packed into his huge personality.
Lover of wrestling and being in the thick everything this spunky guy will need an active family to keep up with his fun energy and zest for life. Lover of stealing toys and a game of chase this guys energy is endless.
Calais is very Friendly and confident. He will need a family dedicated to ensuring his training and socialisation continues so his spunky personality can keep shining.
Calais loves a snuggle while he recharges his batteries but don’t get too comfy because it doesn’t take him long to recharge and be ready to go go go again.
Calais has a very people orientated personality and wants to be involved in everything you are doing he will need to be allowed to be indoors as part of the family.
Frenchbulldog cross staffy means calais is loads of fun and energy but on a serious note his breed mix can be strong headed and hard to train so an experienced family or someone completely dedicated to his on going training is a must.
If there is another dog/s in the home He would be best suited to homes with medium to large size dogs due to his boisterous nature. Ideally the other dog in the home would already be mature (not a puppy) and trained well. Of course there are exceptions so if you feel well suited don’t hesitate to apply.
Calais hasnt had any exposure to cats however has been raised around kids and thinks they are loads of fun.
Due to his boisterous nature kids over 5 are preferred but will consider all applications with kids.
Please remember puppies are a lot of hard work they will be destructive these pups have already showed us how much they love to chew beds apart and eat socks.
We highly recommend crate training Calais as it has so many benefits and provides and safe place to sleep where he can’t get into anything dangerous overnight.

Because these guys are rescues we don’t have any history on their parents so new owners must be aware of the potential health issues that come with owning frenchie crosses.

Deal breakers
must be allowed indoors and included in the family not just an outside pet
Must be committed to on going training not just “puppy school”
Must be committed to on going positive socialisation.
