Tyson

Tyson is a big, loveable boy who has been looking for his forever home for such a long time.

Still just a young man, Tyson has been working very hard on his good manners during his stay at the shelter. He can be quite jumpy at times, but is becoming much better at remembering to control his silly urges when he gets excited. Once he gets some of his energy out, he
is quite happy to flop into your lap for a nice cuddle.

Tyson loves going for trips in the car and is a very good passenger, often laying down with his head resting on the window to watch the world go by. He is on his best behaviour when out and about, and gets lots of compliments about what a lovely and well-mannered boy he is by everyone he meets.

His new owner will need to be confident with handling large dog breeds and preferably have experience owning large breeds in the past. They will also need to be willing to continue his training outside of the shelter, and walk him confidently and safely on a halti.

This big boy is dog friendly and loves to play. His playstyle can get very silly, and given his large size, he isn’t every dog’s cup of tea. He is suited to large dogs only.
