ABOUT
Halsey is a sweetheart who loves to love and to know she's loved. She's a little shadow, who will follow her humans from room to room keeping them in her sights. Halsey will show her affection through rubbing against her humans legs and 'meer-catting' higher up on legs to gain your attention. She responds best to calm and quiet greetings until she is comfortable with you. Halsey also enjoys affection, particularly a good chin scratch, ear rub or rubs on her head or neck.
Halsey has suspected hyperesthesia (nerve pain) down her spine and at the base of her spine. This doesn't affect her daily life beyond not liking to be touched in these areas. Halsey will keep you on your toes with how many pats she'll enjoy at a time. She has beautiful silver tabby markings and easily wins over visitors with her pretty features and friendly nature.
Halsey is a quick learner and picks up new routines and games quickly. Relaxed day times in cosy, hidden or high places and evening plays, zoomies (and a treat or two) are her favourite. Halsey is on a specialised diet to support her digestion. She'll be the perfect addition to almost any home once she settles in. Halsey is a sensitive soul and not a fan of loud noises. Halsey is currently a solo diva, however has recently been trialled with other cats and may be okay with another cat who also enjoys their own space. Originally adopted from BFF as a kitten, through no fault of her own she has found herself back in our care looking for a new forever family.
Please note: As all our cats live in foster homes, a completed Meet & Greet application is required before we can arrange a visit. Apply today [https://www.bestfriendsfelines.com/forms/meetngreet-form/]
