About Harley
Hi, I’m Harley! I can often be found chasing my foster sister Xena around or playing with the kids. When I'm not doing the zoomies, I love following my foster mum around to curl up in her lap for a pat. I especially love her lap when she's on the toilet or doing her make-up! I really am a bundle of fun who will keep you entertained for hours!
My dream home is one where I can get tons of attention! I don't mind if that's a home with kids or without, with other cats or without or I could even be in a home with a dog as long as you introduce me properly.
Harley has been:
- Tried with children and is great with them
- Tried with cats and is great with them
- Untried with dogs (however, is young enough that he should be fine with them given the right introductions. Please note that you will have to provide us with a thought-out plan on how you are going to introduce him to your dog when applying)
- Good with chickens
***To be kept strictly indoors or with access to a secure cat enclosure only***
Harley is approximately 4 months old and his adoption fee of $200 includes:
- Desexing
- Full Vaccinations
- Microchip
- Flea and worming treatments up to date of adoption
- Litter training
- Socialisation
- An adoption pack with some of his current wet and dry food, a carrier blanket, a set of toys and other goodies to get him started.
Harley is available to meet at his foster carer's home at Christie Downs.

Adoption details
Kittens and cats are adopted through their foster homes. Potential adopters are encouraged to contact Hisses to Purrs by phone, email or Facebook to arrange a meet and greet with the kitten they are interested in.
All kittens and cats are microchipped, vaccinated, desexed and parasite treated prior to adoption. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Pre-adoptions are available for adopters who wish to adopt a specific kitten or cat who has not reached weight for desexing, or who are awaiting their vet appointment. A minimum deposit can be made to pre-adopt a kitten awaiting their vet work. Kittens and cats remain in the care of Hisses to Purrs until desexing has occurred and in the case of female kittens and cats, until 5 days after desexing to give them time to heal.
All kittens and cats adopted through us must be kept indoors or have access to a secure cat enclosure. This is non-negotiable for the safety and health of our kittens and cats.
If you wish to adopt a cat or kitten, please fill out the adoption application form https://forms.gle/hadqmP3cVaDLviC9A
