Bear is a sweet sensitive little guy - the perfect little retirees' friend, as he just wants to be with someone. His new owner should gradually work on leaving him on his own as he has shown some signs of separation anxiety in shelter. Bear is a little uncomfortable with close handling so a patient, calm owner who can teach him that he is safe would be perfect for him. Once settled he will bond quickly and become quite the social little man.
