About Ella
Please meet Ella ..... Ella is an extremely pretty domestic short hair. Born on 6 April 2019.
We would describe Ella as a 'Barn Cat' ... what is a barn cat?
"Barn cats prefer to live outside and are suited to a relatively independent life on a farm or rural property. But, they are not ‘feral’ and they are not strays. They are cared for by humans, and need food, water and shelter provided. But, unlike a social or domesticated cat, Barn Cats are aloof and independent and do not generally seek out or enjoy a physical relationships with humans. Their personal space needs to be respected, and in return they will help keep the mouse or rat numbers down on your property."
Ella is desperately looking forward to finding her forever home, life in a cage just doesn't suit her and she tends to spend her day in her house. She does live with other cats in the cat house and where she may not be best friends with them, she doesn't seem to have any problems with them.
Ella adoption fee is $50.00 and includes her desexing, lifetime registration. Ella is also
regularly treated for flea and worms and is up to date with her vaccinations.

Adoption details
If you are interested in adopting one of our animals, please contact us on 0499 900 272.
Staff will ask more about your lifestyle and the information you provide will helps us to achieve the best match between the dog or cat and their new home. We will also have certain adoption requirements that have to be approved prior to meeting the animal (eg fencing requirements, no young kids, etc)
Once all of your questions have been answered and adoption requirements met and approved, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the shelter in the Hunter Valley.
Should you have an existing dog in your life, we will require a meet and greet to ensure that they get along.
The final step (pending agreement by both parties) is the payment of the adoption fee and filling in of associated paperwork for your new furbaby.
Congratulations, you have now saved a life!
