About Amadi
This first photo is of my cute appealing look, the second of my thoughtful side. I am a boy puppy and I want to be adopted before I grow up. My sister, Amali( now Mali) is having a ball with her new family so naturally I am a bit jealous of her. I am waiting.... impatiently!!!!
We came to Happy Paws Haven as the last two of a litter, we were surrendered far to early. They said our mum had stopped feeding us and wanted nothing more to do with us but we know they were wrong, we were only 5-6 weeks old. Mum was teaching us stuff and looking after us but they didn't want us any more, they did not want us getting into thing, being playful and mischievous! nor did they want to spend anymore money feeding us. They got rid of us as soon as they could. Poor mum! Anyway we were taken to this great place where there are other puppies and dogs to play with! We have been fed well and grown to be healthy normal pups. We have been desexed now and had our needles and wanting our own families to be with.
Adoption details
HappyPaws Haven is fussy about who adopts these animals and where they are housed and cared for. The adoption criteria is documented as a questionnaire and strictly adhered to. We do not adopt animals to people who rent unless they are long term rental at the same address and have landlords written permission.
We ask if they have thought about the attributes they want in a dog, lifestyle, childrens ages, prepared to train, etc. We also talk about responsible pet ownership, fully fenced yards, hours unattended etc. and finally a vet reference.
