NOTE: You are unable to meet ChiChi until/unless you have been notified that you are a successful applicant. An adoption cannot be approved unless you are able to come to the shelter to meet ChiChi in person and bring any dogs you currently have with you.
What I need in my new home:
• To be allowed inside with my family
• A doggie playmate who is gentle and calm may be okay as boisterous dogs scare me. if not I'm more than happy to be an only dog as long as I get all your attention.
• A family who promises to keep me well-groomed and brush me regularly so I’m always looking and feeling my best
• Lots of love and attention
• I enjoy the company of other dogs my own size (I am just over 2kgs!) but am NOT keen on bigger dogs
• I need a nice quiet home with no young children (under 12 years), so I can spend whatever time I need to get used to my new home and learn that I'm safe and loved
• Short regular walks, trips to the park or beach, playtime in the backyard
• A family that will love and care for me during my twilight years
• A family who has a lot of time for me, allow me indoors and leave me with lots of mental enrichment when home alone.
• As I have not been allowed inside before I am not 100% housetrained yet
Things that I don’t want in my new home:
• To be left alone in the backyard without any interaction
• Not to be allowed inside with my family
• Never to go on a walk or rides in the car
My best features:
• I love attention, hugs, kisses & head scratches
• Well mannered
• Love to snooze on the couch
• I have had some basic obedience training and am a generally well-mannered dog
• I love attention and having snuggles with my humans
• Gentle & placid
• Wiggle butt
Medical
• Due to being an older lady I don’t have many teeth left. I’m used to a diet of beef mince and sausages. I hope you will continue to feed me my favorites and introduce me to yummy new soft foods.

Adoption details
All adoptions are through an application process.
You will find the link to the online application form in each animal’s profile.
Preferred applicants will be phoned to book an appointment to meet the dog or cat.
Once the adoption has been finalised, unsuccessful applicants will be notified via email.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for adoptions to be finalised and emails sent.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
