About Zinnia
The absolutely gorgeous little Zinnia is now seeking her forever home.
She is a 10 week old puppy who absolutely melts your heart.
Zinnia is a Jack Russell x Heeler x Staffy who only weighs in at 3.8 kilos so we feel she will grow to a small med size at full growth
PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM AND JUNK FOLDERS FOR YOUR APPLICATION ONCE YOU HAVE SENT YOUR ENQUIRY
Zinnia is a beautiful, playful little girl who loves to play with her toys, chase & wrestle with her brother. She is always happy to see you and loves to follow you around the backyard.
OBEDIENCE
As Zinnia is only a puppy she will require her new family to take her to puppy school/obedience school. She is a very cleaver and sweet girl so, with on going training she will blossom into an amazing family member.
She loves running around the backyard and playing with her brother and all their toys. She is quite inquisitive and adventurous. Zinnia also loves her human foster brothers (3 & 5)but can become too much quickly by doing all things puppy eg jumping, biting, chewing. She will need stimulation as if she gets bored she will dig or find some mischief to keep her happy lol Zinnia really enjoys the company of her brother so, a home with a friendly male dog would be ideal or a family that is home a lot.
ENRICHMENT
Zinnia loves her toys so her new home must have plenty for her to play with and choose from. She will need stimulation when alone for long periods or she will find her own entertainment. lol
SLEEPING
Zinnia has been sleeping outside with her brother under the alfresco in a kennel but, would definitely love to be sleeping inside with her family.
SOCIALISATION
Zinnia has gotten on well with the resident dogs and cats. She knows when to give the cats space or she’ll know about it!lol Zinnia is a real social little girl, So we are looking for a home who will keep her socialised well.
She loves coming inside and checking what the family is up to. She loves sitting on the couch and getting lots of attention and cuddles. She really just wants to be a part of everything her family does.
FOOD
Zinnia has been free feeding which means her bowl is constantly full with Savour Life dry puppy food, and she will just graze on this throughout the day.
HYGIENE
She has a beautiful soft coat that will need an occasional brush as she gets older.
TRAVEL/CAR
Zinnia travels fine in the car, at first she had a little cry but settled quickly and drifted off to sleep.
IDEAL HOME:
Adoption Requirements for Zinnia

- Ongoing puppy school to help further her training and for socialisation
-Daily walks are a must (shorts walks while she is still a puppy)
