Just like the Top Gun character Maverick is a little cocky at times and is of the option that he knows everything. Because of this he is best suited to an adult only home, he has a habit of getting a touch annoyed when you tell him he's wrong!

Maverick would benefit from ongoing training to help him learn how to manage his emotions and work on his impulse control, like his famous counterpart he has a habit of acting before thinking.

Mav might be ok to live in a home with another dog, pending a successful meet and greet.
