About Jarah
Affectionate, loveable, active Jarah, is the sweetest little girl. Jarah is a happy and relaxed puppy, who has a lot of confidence and will happily explore outside and chase her dog friends around outside for hours.Jarah will splash in her dog bowl and then walk over to you proudly to show off her wet paw.
At just 5.5 kilos we feel that she will only be a smaller med dog at full growth
Jarah arrived some 5 weeks ago with her Mummy a tiny Jack Ruseelll x Heeler and her siblings from a rural pound
She spent the first 4 weeks with us on a farm becoming very well rounded and social will all animals and all things country so she is super well rounded
Jarah has already had 2 sets of puppy vaccines and is fully wormed as well and being desexed and Microchipped

Food
Jarah is currently eating three meals a day of premium dry food. Jarah gets extremely excited at meal times and her whole body will wiggle while she patiently waits for her meal. Jarah has shown no signs of food aggression and will take food gently from your hand. For training I use boiled chicken cut into small pieces.
Traveling in the Car
Jarah loves to relax in the car. As Jarah is a puppy I would encourage her new family to continue taking her out for car trips and always using the proper restraints.
Visitors
Jarah is always up to meeting new people and gets excited when she hears the doorbell. Jarah likes to sit on visitors knees and have a snuggle and a pat before running off to get up to puppy mischief.
Enrichment
As Jarah is living in a house surrounded by other dogs she spends most of her day playing with the other dogs. Jarah also loves to play tug of war, splash in her water bowl, wrestle soft toys and chew on all the toys she can find.
Walks-Lead Experience
Jarah has been practising walking on a lead in the front yard and is not fussed by the lead at all. She loves exploring the front and watching other dogs and people walk past. Jarah will need to have further lead training and it will be important that her family continue walking her everyday.
Obedience
Jarah is a smart girl and will sit and drop when asked. Jarah will need to attend puppy school to further her training and for socialisation.
Inside
Jarah is a puppy so given her age she will chew on items that she shouldn't. You will need to have toys to entertain her when she is inside.
Dog socialisation, cats and other small animals
Jarah is currently living in a house with 4 other dogs and 2 of her siblings. These dogs are all different breeds, ages, and heights. Jarah has no issues playing with all the dogs.
As Jarah is a puppy she will be fine in a home with a cat, however your cat must be puppy savvy.
Sleeping
Jarah is a real snugglebug and will either snuggle up with her siblings or lay in my bed and snuggle in nice and close. Jarah goes to bed at 9pm and will sleep until 7am . During the day Jarah will sleep either on her dog bed or on a soft toy.
Toilet Training
Jarah is nearly fully toilet trained but will require more training. When she wakes up we take her straight outside and after eating.
Adoption Requirements for Jarah
