About Patch
Patch is the sweetest overgrown lapdog who is amazing with every human she meets!
Patch’s foster carers have said “she is the perfect companion dog” she mirrors whatever it is that her humans are doing. You want to snooze in front of the telly? Great! So does patch! You feel like doing for a 5km walk? Amazing! So does Patch!
Patch is an indoor/outdoor dog who has been very lucky in her foster home, joining her foster dad at work every day. She sleeps happily in the shade of the ute and watches the world go by.
She is fully toilet trained and sleep indoors on her dog bed.
She has been on many a walk and is great on a longline and has wonderful recall. She is strong on a short lead and does need a bit more training in this area.
She loves a game of tug-o-war and fetch. And she adores her soft toys, always taking them to bed with her.
She isn’t a high energy dog and some games and a short walk is more than enough to satisfy her.
Patch hasn’t been housed with dogs or cats so we would like to find her a home as an only pet as this is what she is used to.

Adoption details
Please send our friendly volunteers an email about yourself and we will reply to you as soon as possible. We can arrange a meet and greet for you (and existing pets) to spend some time with the pet and see if they are likely to fit into your life.
If you decide to adopt:
- payment is made
- a quick property check is conducted for dogs
-then you can welcome your new pet into your life!
We have a 2 week trial period so if this pet is not the perfect fit for you we will supply you with a full refund minus a $50 administration fee within the trail period. We will also take the adopted pet back at any stage should you be unable to care for them any longer.
