Heidi

This lovely girl is looking for a loving and active family that will keep her busy!

True to her breed, Heidi absolutely loves to use her nose and has been having a ball with our trainer learning scent tracking as well as lots of other training skills. She is extremely food motivated and a quick learner, making her the perfect student. Heidi would benefit greatly in a home where she will be challenged mentally, which will be just as important for her as physical exercise.

Heidi is not overly interested in other dogs, and would much rather play with her toys and do activities working for food than interact with them. Because of this, she is better suited to being the only dog in the household.

Due to her excitable nature and fairly large size, Heidi would be better suited to children over the age of 10.
