About Bindi
Confident, inquisitive, playful Bindi
Always up to puppy mischief, hanging from your pants while you walk, trying to steal socks off your feet and always willing to take on the vacuum. Bindi is always eager to get outside in the morning to explore the garden and do her morning zoomies. Bindi also has an extremely sweet side and loves a great snuggle while you watch tv.
Her current weight is 5.5 kilos so based on her currency weight we feel she will be a short stocky little little med size girl
Bindi arrived with her Mummy, a gorgeous little Red Heeler x Jack Russell and her 5 siblings
Bindi spent the first 4 weeks with us on a farm living with all things country and getting very well exposed to everything from sheep to horses .
She loves the outdoor life and is very confident with all new things
She has been fed premium puppy food and wormed every 2 weeks
She's a cracking little pup who would love an active home and a active family to call her own
PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM AND JUNK FOLDERS FOR YOUR APPLICATION ONCE YOU HAVE SENT YOUR ENQUIRY
Food
Bindi is currently eating three meals a day of premium dry food. She will sit on your feet while you prepare her meal, wagging her tail. Bindi has show no signs of food aggression and will take food gently from your hand. For training I use boiled chicken cut into small pieces.
Travelling in the Car
In the car Bindi travels ok but can complain on occasion, more from being restrained than from being in the car. I would encourage you to continue taking her for car trips and always using the proper restraints.
Visitors
Bindi loves visitors, to her it means more attention, more pats and snuggles. Bindi will also find it fun to hang from visitors pants.
Enrichment
Bindi loves to run and play while carrying something in her mouth, she also enjoys being chased by her siblings. Bindi is currently surrounded by other dogs that she plays with all day and a collection of toys ( puppy kongs, soft toys, puppy chew toys and balls)
Walks- Lead experience
Bindi has not been for a proper walk but she has been practising her lead training out the front and enjoys being on a lead exploring new surroundings. Bindi will need ongoing lead training.
Obedience
Bindi will sit on command, and will drop depending on her mood. Bindi will need to attend puppy school to further her training and socialisation.
Inside
Bindi is a puppy who even while inside will continue to run and explore and get into whatever she can. If she can find a shoe, she will chew on it. Bindi is still a young puppy and does exactly what you would expect of puppies at this age.
Dog socialisation, cats and other small animals
Bindi is surrounded by other dogs of all different ages and breeds and loves everyone of them. If you have a dog in residence he must be male.
Bindi has not been tested with cats but given her age we see no problem with Bindi living with a cat, but your cat must be puppy savvy.
Sleeping
Bindi has been sleeping between her dog bed next to another dog and on the bed next to me. During the day she will either sleep on her dog bed or next to one of the other dogs. She will go to sleep at 9pm and not wake up until 7am.
Toilet Training
Bindi is having fewer accidents each day, we take her straight outside when she wakes up and after eating. You will need to continue her toilet training.
Adoption Requirements for Bindi
