Ruby & Lola

Ruby (left) and Lola (right) have been up for adoption before. I had to remove them though as both ended up with mites. As mentioned many times before mites occur due to stress or their immune system lowering. So I imagine being moved from their home to us stressed them a bit!

Ruby is what is known as a PEW a Pink Eyed White - many call PEWs Albinos but this in fact is not true. Lola was a bit of a biter when she arrived in our care, but has stopped now so I imagine her mites had already started to cause her pain, hence her biting.

So, finally they’re back up for adoption - happy and healthy again!
